Change of Address

Have an address change?

Please log into Skyward Family Access and submit the change on the Address Change tile.

Documentation needed for an address change:

• Proof of residency:  Signed lease agreement, signed closing documents, property tax statement or property deed in parent/guardian's name
• Utility bill:  Electricity, Water or Gas - with parent/guardian's name and matching address dated within 60 days of date of submission
