Transcripts

Current students that need an official transcript for scholarships or an unofficial transcript for other reasons, please email the Registrar:

• Lynn Ballard, Registrar
• Donna Piket, Registrar

Current or former students that need an official transcript to be uploaded to the NCAA portal, please complete this Request Form.

Current and Former Students may order transcripts to be sent to colleges and universities by clicking the Order Records button below:

 

 

Attention 2026 Seniors:

You can place your transcript orders in Parchment now.  Transcripts are scheduled to be released starting on August 1st.

Top 10% Students:

If you are in the Top 10% and applying to a TEXAS PUBLIC UNIVERSITY, please complete this request form to request that your transcript be sent with your RANK.

After completing this form, you will need to place the order in Parchment.com.

If you need assistance, watch "How to Order a Transcript with Parchment". Please remember to change your Parchment email address to your personal email address. Here is a video on how to update your email address in Parchment.

MyCoalition

• Students have the option to choose "Send to Myself or Another Individual." Students can add the email address that the admission office lists in MyCoalition. From there, Parchment will deliver that transcript via secure email.
