Annual Club Registration Process

All existing clubs must complete the LTHS Club Registration Form and upload current year documents at the start of each school year. Upon approval, the club sponsor and student leader will be notified by email and the club will remain on the list of active, official LTHS clubs.

All current club annual registration documents are due by September 30th, 2025.

Activity Fund Responsibilities signed by sponsor (required)
Faculty Sponsor Agreements signed by sponsor (required)
Updated, Reviewed, Signed Club Bylaws  reviewed, updated, and signed by sponsor (required)  (Sample Bylaws) 
Club Logo (optional) 
Social Media Account Names (required if using)

Proposing A New Club

Students who want to propose the creation of a new club must submit an application to the Student Clubs Coordinator. There is a fall semester deadline & a spring semester deadline for new club applications. Use this link to download the application. 

Freshman Fish Camp Club Fair (Summer)

Freshman Fish Camp Club Fair is an opportunity for our incoming freshmen students to explore the various Clubs and organizations that are available on our campus. We encourage students to visit with all of the clubs and get involved in order to make their high school experience a memorable one! Clubs who wish to participate in Freshman Fish Camp during the summer, must have been pre-approved and active the school year prior. Clubs must complete the interest form prior to leaving for the summer. Fish Camp information will be shared with club leaders in July. 

Annual Club Fair (September) 

Each year we host a club fair before school during the month of September for students to explore all of the clubs that are available to join. Club leaders will share club highlights, competition opportunities, and opportunities to join and become part of the group.
