Clubs

Questions regarding clubs, club registration, and fundraising can be directed to Mrs. Haney,  LTHS Club Coordinator and Assistant Principal.  We host a Club Fair in September each year as an opportunity for students to explore the variety of clubs available, ask questions, and sign up! Information will be shared on the morning announcements and displayed on our Club Announcements board located in the Main, the Link, and the Annex. 

 

Annual Club Registration Process

All existing clubs must complete the LTHS Club Registration Form and upload current year documents at the start of each school year.  Upon approval, the club sponsor and student leader will be notified by email and the club will remain on the list of active, official LTHS clubs.

NEW CLUBS

Want to start a new club?

  • It must be student initiated
  • You must have a faculty/staff sponsor
  • It must have at least 10 members to start (need a parent signed Permission Slip for each member)
  • Complete the Club Data Sheet
  • Create the club bylaws using the Bylaws Template template
  • Submit the 3 items listed above to the LTHS Club Coordinator, Assistant Principal Mrs. Julie Haney for approval using the LTHS Club Registration Form.  Upon approval, the club sponsor will be notified and the club added to the list of official LTHS clubs.

The Club Registration Form, Data Sheet, and Bylaws are due by November 30th, 2024.
